  • Tiara United Towers is a multi-building complex in Business Bay, Dubai.
  • The development comprises two individual buildings: Tiara United Towers East and Tiara United Towers West.
  • Construction began in 2006 and completed by August 2021.
  • Tiara United Towers East comprises a mix of one- , two- , three. And four-bedroom apartments well as duplexes. Tiara United Towers West comprises a mix of one- , two- and three-bedroom apartments.
  • The project originally developed by Zabeel Investments. And United Holdings in a joint venture and has acquired by Wasl Properties.
  • The project launched in 2006 featuring two 60-storey towers, one for offices. And the other for a five-star business hotel. The development resigned and converted to residential use.
  • In mid 2007 the height reduced from 60 to 47 floors and groundworks started. The building began to rise out of the ground in 2008. At the end of the year construction put on hold. In 2014 the project redesigned construction work did not resume 2016.
  • Leasing of the West Tower launched in January 2022.
  • As of 2022, rental prices for the west tower are between AED 60,000 for a one-bedroom apartment. And AED 110,000 for a three-bedroom apartment with a maid’s room.
